Our sneakers are thoughtfully designed and crafted in Italy by master artisans for style pioneers across the globe. Defined by an eclectic aesthetic, we take inspiration from the streets, underpinned by the underground spirit of subculture.

Our sneakers are all designed and locally sourced in Italy. Each sneaker is conceived and manufactured by master craftsmen in the finest factories in Italy and Spain, using rich materials, thoughtful details and best-in-class handmade workmanship. Every P448® design is engineered to achieve perfection in both form and function.

If the product you are looking for is not available, it may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. We invite you to visit the site in the coming days as many models could be back online soon. If you saw a pair of P448® sneakers in a store or online but were unable to find them on the website, please reach out to us at services@p448.com with an image of the shoe you are looking for and we'll do our best to locate you a pair.

Shipping

We ship to all countries from our US site excluding Australia and New Zealand.

For US orders, we generally process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 12pm ET on weekdays will begin processing the following business day. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

For US orders, we offer free ground shipping on all orders.
UPS Standard Ground typically arrives in 3-7 business days. UPS Second Day ($20 charge) typically arrives in 2 business days after leaving our warehouse. International shipping charges are detailed by country at checkout.

When the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your product, we would be happy to exchange unworn shoes for a different size or style of equal value.

Returns

Purchases made between November 1st, 2024, and December 25th, 2024 will be eligible for returns and exchanges until January 15th, 2025.

We want you to love your new purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help you complete your return. All returns will incur a $5 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that all exchanges and returns must be unworn and in brand new condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. P448.com does not accept returns purchased at other retailers and encourages you to reach out to the original merchant to explore available options.

Return an item

Please note that all exchanges and returns must be unworn and in brand new condition must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

You may have noticed that we’ve removed packing slips from shipments to further reduce our paper waste and stay true to our environmental promises.

P448.com does not accept returns purchased at other retailers and encourages you to reach out to the original merchant to explore available options.

You can return your order of an item bought on sale within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returns will incur a $5-$9 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes paid upon purchase are not refundable.

When placing your order you may opt in or out of Swap Package Protection to secure shipping insurance for your package. Swap provides issue resolution for any parcel lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 2 days and before 30 days from the date the package was marked "delivered."

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not"delivered") in must be filed after 2 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

All claims must be filed within 30 days of the order date.

The refund will be processed within 4-5 business days of receiving your return. It will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has completed processing. The refund will reflect in your account in 3-10 business days.
