Exchanges and Returns

We want you to love your new P448 purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help you complete your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I return sale or discounted items?

Sale items can be returned as long as they meet our return requirements (unworn, brand new condition, and within 14 days of receiving your order). Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

What are the return costs, and are shipping, taxes, or duties refundable?

All returns will incur an $8 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. For international orders, duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase are not refundable.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 4–5 business days for processing. After your refund has been issued to your original form of payment, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
