What are the available payment methods?

We accept the following methods of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fastest delivery possible, but we'll do everything we can to catch your order. Please email us at services@p448.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Store Credit Only

Store-Credit only products are don't-miss deals on a limited selection of styles. They can only be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card. The gift card will be sent to the email address associated with the original purchase and can be used towards future purchases on our website. (Fingers crossed it will be love at first sight as soon as you receive them!)

Archive Sale

All Archive Sale items are final sale. These items are non-returnable and ineligible for store credit.

Do you offer price adjustments? 

Items purchased at P448.com are eligible for a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of the delivery date. If we are able to make an adjustment, we will offer a gift card for the price difference. 

I didn’t receive my order confirmation. Why not?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please first check if your payment went through. If your payment did not go through, please contact us at services@p448.com.
