Can I exchange the product?

If you are not satisfied with your product, we would be happy to exchange unworn shoes for a different size or color. All exchanges must be unworn and in brand new condition and must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your new P448 purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help you complete your return.

Returns via Happy Returns

Returns using a Happy Returns drop-off point (set up through the Happy Returns portal) will incur a $5 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns using a shipping label provided through the Happy Returns portal will incur a $9.00 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that all exchanges and returns must be unworn and in brand new condition must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.


Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. P448.com does not accept returns purchased at other retailers and encourages you to reach out to the original merchant to explore available options. For international returns, please contact services@p448.com for assistance.

Can I return items purchased from other retailers?

P448.com does not accept returns purchased at other retailers and encourages you to reach out to the original merchant to explore available options.

Can I return an item I bought on sale?

Yes, you can return your order of an item bought on sale within 14 days of receiving your order.

Store Credit Only 

Store-Credit only products are don't-miss deals on a limited selection of styles. They can only be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card. The gift card will be sent to the email address associated with the original purchase and can be used towards future purchases on our website. (Fingers crossed it will be love at first sight as soon as you receive them!)

Archive Sale

All Archive Sale items are final sale. These items are non-returnable and ineligible for store credit.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

The refund will be processed within 4-5 business days of receiving your return. It will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has completed processing. The refund will reflect in your account in 3-5 business days. For US orders, we offer free standard shipping at checkout. We appreciate your understanding that the original shipping charges for 2-day shipping are non-refundable.
