Beautiful shoe but the back of the shoe was extremely wide. It flopped on my feet as I walked. I am currently trying to return them and it is a very frustrating process. No free returns. Ok, fine. I did the steps for return at a Happy Returns drop off location but could not find my QR code once I arrived at the location. Tried to get back into my account to retrieve the QR code but you can’t access it in your account. Three emails to customer service have not been able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I don’t think this experience will keep me from buying from here because the shoes are just that beautiful. I have a pink pair of high tops that I adore so I think I will try one more time to find the white sneakers that will work for me.

My third pair of P448s, but the first pair of Balis. They feel a little heavier and stiffer than the John’s, but love the looks. Will work on breaking them in and then may move to 5-stars.
